Which vehicles & generations are compatible
Which Rivian models do your products fit?+
All current OverSpec products are designed specifically for Rivian R1T and R1S. We do not make products for R2 yet, though R2 products are in development — see our product roadmap.
Does the R1 Floor Console System fit both Gen 1 and Gen 2?+
Yes. The R1 Console System is designed to fit both Gen 1 and Gen 2 R1T and R1S vehicles. The main console trough dimensions are compatible across generations. See the R1 Console product page for full fitment details and configuration options.
Will these products void my Rivian warranty?+
Our products are non-permanent, drop-in interior accessories. They do not modify any electrical systems, structural components, or powertrain. Under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, a manufacturer cannot void your warranty simply for using aftermarket accessories unless they can prove the accessory caused a specific failure. That said, we're not lawyers — if you have specific concerns about your Rivian warranty, we recommend contacting Rivian directly.
Installation
Tools, process, and what to expect
Do I need any tools to install?+
No tools required to install any of our current products. Both the R1 Console System and Camp Speaker Drawer are designed to be drop-in replacements — they seat into existing locations in your vehicle without fasteners, adhesive, or modifications. If it takes more than a few minutes, something is off with fitment and you should contact us.
How long does installation take?+
R1 Console System: 5–10 minutes depending on which configuration you ordered. Set each piece in place, no fasteners needed.

Camp Speaker Drawer: Under 60 seconds. Lift out the factory camp speaker (it just pulls straight up), drop the drawer in. Done.
Can I remove the product to use my factory console?+
Yes, completely reversible. Because nothing is permanently attached, you can remove any OverSpec product at any time. Lift it out, replace your factory piece. No evidence it was ever there.

Do you offer free shipping?+
Yes — free standard shipping on orders $99 and over within the contiguous United States. Orders under $99 will have a shipping rate calculated at checkout based on your location.
Do you ship outside the United States?+
We currently ship within the contiguous United States. We don't currently offer international shipping or shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, or US territories, though we're working on expanding. If you're outside the US, email us and we'll see what we can do.
How do I track my order?+
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. If you haven't received tracking info within 3 business days of ordering, check your spam folder or email us with your order number.
My package arrived damaged. What do I do?+
Email us at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the damage (both the packaging and the product). We'll get a replacement out to you. Do not throw away the damaged packaging — carriers sometimes require it for claims.
Returns & Exchanges
Our 30-day policy
What is your return policy?+
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be in unused, original condition. If you've installed the product and it doesn't fit your vehicle, we'll still work with you — reach out before initiating a return so we can help diagnose the issue first. See our full return policy.
How do I start a return?+
Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond with return instructions. Please don't ship anything back before contacting us — unauthorized returns may cause delays in processing your refund.
Who pays return shipping?+
If the return is due to a defect, damage, or our error, we cover return shipping. For returns based on change of mind, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. See our returns policy for full terms.
When will I receive my refund?+
Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds are typically issued within 3–5 business days. Depending on your card issuer, it may take an additional few business days to appear on your statement.
Orders & Payment
Checkout, payment, and order changes
What payment methods do you accept?+
We use Stripe for secure payment processing and accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay where supported. Your card details are never stored on our servers — Stripe handles all payment data.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?+
Email us at [email protected] as soon as possible with your order number. We can often make changes or cancellations if the order hasn't shipped yet. Once it's in transit, we'll need to process it as a return instead.
I didn't receive an order confirmation email. Did my order go through?+
Check your spam and promotions folders first. If you still don't see a confirmation after 30 minutes, email us with the name and email address you used at checkout and we'll look it up.
Do you charge sales tax?+
Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and applicable state and local tax rates. The amount will be shown before you complete your purchase.
